Personal session
To confirm your appointment, you need to transfer a confirmation fee of 20 euro in advance. You pay the remaining amount in cash in my practice. Upon breach of your appointment, there is no refund possible from your confirmation fee unless you have cancelled your appointment, within 48 hours in writing. After paying the confirmation fee, the session should take place within five working days. If the session is not taken within five working days, the confirmation fee will not be refunded
Telephone session
For a telephone session, you need to transfer the full fee in advance.
