The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie (Insight & Harmony) is bound by a few rules that are common practice for psychics and mental coaches. When you make an appointment for a session, you agree with the following terms and conditions: 

  • These terms and conditions are applicable to all agreements for all present – and future – contracts, offers, deliveries and other services by the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie.  
  • By engaging in the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie services you acknowledge your personal responsibility and liability for any choices you make as a result of these services. The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie does not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices  either directly or indirectly taken, that are made as a consequence of the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie. This is irrespective of the way in which a possible claim is based, whether on an attributable shortcoming or on an unlawful act or otherwise.  
  • The client is at all times responsible for his own actions and omissions and/or (consequences of) decisions as a result of the session. Practice Inzicht & Harmonie does not give advice or assignments. 
  • The sessions are specific to the situation and the moment they are given and are subject to time. 
  • The client is and will always remain responsible for the way in which the client handles the information that Practice Inzicht & Harmonie provides to the client during the session. Are you under 18 years old? Then a session is only possible under the supervision of your parents/guardians or with their written approval. 
  • Unfortunately, Practice Inzicht & Harmonie, cannot be of service to you in the event that you are addicted to alcohol, heavy sedatives or drugs. In addition, you remain responsible for your own well-being and medical status at all times. The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie is not a doctor or therapist. The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological or business advice. A session is not a substitute for a visit to a doctor or specialist and/or other expert and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert when needed. 
  • The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie is free to refuse or cancel any assignment, even after acceptance, if the client acts contrary to public order and/or morality and/or because of (possible) damage to the reputation and/or professional reputation of the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie. 
  • The client remains responsible at all times for the material they have brought in. The client indemnifies the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie against any liability for damage to materials. 
  • If the client misbehaves during the session, the session will be stopped. Misconduct includes: physical and mental violence, indecent behaviour, sexual intimidation, both verbal and physical. If a person does not feel well, no session will take place. When the session is stopped, travel costs cannot be recovered from the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie and the costs of the session will not be refunded. 
  • It is not permitted to make audio and/or image recordings or to have them made by third parties. 
  • With payment and/or verbal/written agreement, you agree to these terms and conditions. 
  • The contribution for an intake interview is 15 euros and must be paid in full and in advance. 
  • The Practice Inzicht & Harmonie will charge a fee for reading and answering, all, written messages to Practice Inzicht & Harmonie, from the client(s). 
  • For a telephone session you must transfer the full amount in advance. 
  • Personal session; All payments are made prior to the session. For an appointment in the practice you need to transfer 20 euros in advance. You then pay the remainder in cash at the practice. 
  • The confirmation fee of 20 euros is valid for five working days. If the client does not come to the session after rescheduling the appointment, Practice Inzicht & Harmonie will retain the confirmation fee. After payment of the confirmation fee, the session must be taken within five working days at the latest. If the session is not taken within five working days, no refund of the confirmation fee is possible. 
  • If the client wishes to extend the session duration, this is only possible if the client pays the costs for the extension in cash or via IDEAL/PayPal to the Practice Inzicht & Harmonie. 
  • For appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the session, the full amount is due. If the appointment is scheduled on the day of the session, the full amount is due in the event of cancellation, with a minimum of 80 euros. Appointments that take place on Monday must be canceled on Friday.
